Shock Recommendations

Hello everybody, so I wanted to get some good recommendations on what shocks to buy, I have a Fabtech 3.5in lift and the rear shocks are killing me offroad and just a little bit on road too, I think its time to definately replace them. If anybody could help me out that would be great, and also I am looking for a a good shock that wont cost me my next paycheck.
Thanks

I offroad quite a bit because I live so close to the trails, and the terrain is quite rocky majority of the time, also I do go to moab every now and then.

Tockico makes good shocks, but the basic set is like $250.
