About a month ago I traded in my 07 FJ Cruiser for a Tacoma. I recently installed the Toytec Ultimate lift which includes bilstein adjustable coilovers and AAL's.

I have seen many posts with this set up or similar setups so for anyone seeing this it will be nothing extraordinary.

I enjoy this set up very much and I am satisfied with the resulting lift however I would like this post to give information to another person like me who wants to lift their tacoma and is concerned with possibly buying UCA's to correct alignment issues.

I researched the forums to learn what I could about the lift causing alignment issues and saw numerous posts about people saying some trucks will need the UCA's and some wont.

The kit I purchased included axle shims but I am not sure what degree they are or anything like that. They are just included in the Toytec ultimate lift kit.

I did purchase the OME carrier bearing drop down kit just in case the axle shims did not straighten out the drive shaft enough.

After all was said and done. I installed the axle shims but I did not install the carrier bearing drop down kit.

I took the truck to get it aligned and they were not able to get the caster aligned properly.

I do not have the alignment specs....

I ordered some TC UCA's hoping to correct the alignment issues.

I will attach pictures showing the following:

Drive line angles,UCA angles, and the lift itself.

Thanks! I had a lot of fun installing the lift!
