Alignment issue after 5100s @1.75"

I have a 2012 DCSB Shortbed and put 5100s on at 1.75" setting over the weekend. The rear already had the 4 pack leaf and the stock Billies. Sits nice and level now.

I went to get the alignment thinking there would not be an issue at this setting and the supposedly reputable shop told me they could not get it on the rack for the computerized alignment but not to worry, they would get it dialed in the traditional way. I figured they knew what they were talking about so went ahead.

When he was finished, he said he was out of adjustment and could not get it perfect. The Camber was at 0 with the Castor at .25 - .5 He said it would be good.

It was the end of the day and they were closing so I left and though I was done. Here are the issues:

1) Turns out the steering wheel is not straight, slightly left when going straight.

2) Pulls slightly left.

3) After making a turn, it wants to keep turning instead of letting the wheel go and recentering.

Are they full of crap? These should not be like this right? What do you guys think?

I am going to get them to look at it again.
Is there an accepted target range that it should be within?
I would rather here from owners here that know instead of whatever the shop feels like passing along.
Thanks for the help.

0° toe, 0° camber, and around 2.4° caster.

You will have a hard time getting enough caster after the lift without going to UCA's to get you more caster.
There is not enough factory adjustment when you lift it.
That said the steering wheel can be set straight by a good alignment place.

Without the proper caster it will be a bit darty on freeways.
