I have a 2003 double cab 4x4 with worn out suspension and need to replace. What options do I have for upgrades? Any suggestions would be helpful

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
Bilstein 5100's are a good choice. They are a lifting strut (front) but you can run them at the stock height.
