I have a 2012 Double Cab, 4X4, Sport TRD package, towing Package. 4 leafs in the rear. I just put on 265/75/16 with 16X8.5 wheels.

The current measurements from center hub to fender are:
    front: 20"
    Rear: 22"

I dont want it much higher. I would like to level it to 22" all around, so if I get a set of 4 5100's I would just set the fronts to 1.75" and the rears at 0"?

And if I wanted to go higher I would set them at 2.5" in the front and .85" in the rear?

Rear doesn't have adjustments. But you have right idea for the front.
