    For a 3 inch lift? As mentioned above, neither. There are better options.

    Neither winning by a landslide!


    OP, better options include OME, Bilstein 5100's, or the new Iron Man lift if you are on a budget. Avoid anything that has the word "spacer" or "leveling" in it.

    Top plate spacer lifts move the coilovers down and cause them to take the place of the bumpstops. Hit a nice pothole and you'll gonna have a bad day.

    I would say neither as well. I've been runnin the Pro Comp lift for close to two years, price was a steal, as soon as I have the money together, I'm changin it out.
