I ordered the complete OME suspension lift today from Wheelers along with the 13mm lift enhancer and 885 coils. Now onto wheels and tires. Im looking at Duratracs in 265-70 r17 with a 17X9 inch rim but Goodyears web site says that tire only fits a rim with an 8.5 inch rim max. I was looking at the Fuel Boost in black 17x9. will that tire fit?

If the website says 8.5" I'm pretty sure it's unsafe to run them on any 9" wheel..

There are lots of people on here running 17x9 with a 265/70/17. You will be ok with 1/2" over the spec.
