Will airbags work for lift?

I have airbags in the rear as load helpers for towing out quad trailer that my dad had installed when he owned the Tacoma still. I have an 04 double cab, and was wondering if it would be possible to just use the airbags to lift the rear and buy new shocks for the front?
Thanks for any input!

AAL wouldn't be that expensive to lift the rear.
