with the 5100 set at 2.5 I am confused about coils. Can I run stock coils with them, I do no offroading other than maybe a field or gravel road to hunt. Think someone said I had to upgrade coils... I am switching from spacers to 5100's and TC uca's. Who can help me...

    Oh Yeah!!!
But how long have you been running that spacer. My springs are sagged from a damn spacer lift. Bad temp lift. Getting C/O's... So depending on your springs, might want to think of some replacement OME 554's since you gunna have the whole assembly out for install...

Timmer, I know the chances are there. I already have the TSB/AAl/ and extended procomp shocks in the rear. I thought the front was way toooo $$$ in the beginning but really the UCA's are the worst. someday i'll have it right.

Honestly I am the type of person who will spend a lil extra money on a product if its a night and day difference: case and point, if your going to spend about $170.00 for the 5100's and $155.00 for coils why not just wait a bit and get a set of ICONS or KINGS? If your looking for performance and off road ability these are the cream of the crop! I went from 5100's to a FOX Performance kit and the difference is night and day! Worth the wait! Especially if your adding the UCS's, FOX has 2 kits available for the Tacoma's 1 for stock A-Arms and another for trucks w UCA's- allowing for increased wheel travel by eliminating the BJ bind- you get a true 10.5" of true wheel travel! Not shabby comapred to a $4000.00 or more TC kit which boasts 13"

the OME coils are stiff though- that paired with the nitrogen bilstien will be a lil rough

    It's the wife's T4R so it's stock
Nothing can beat a nice set of C/O's - but it's hard to beat the price of the OME stuff.

$500ish for OME 885s and OME front shocks or 800 for billy c/o's...
