07 Tacoma 3inch lift advice?

I have an 07 taco 4door short bed 4WD and I want to lift it 3inches but I also want it to still be even as well. I want to put bigger rims under it and I don't really go offroading, if anything, it's just diving on really fucked up roads (ya I'm from Guam) so I definitely want a smoother ride. What will I need to accomplish this?

bilstein 5100 with toytec top plate spacer for the lowest cost. OME set-up using new coils, shocks and such for a little more money

oh and for 3" lifts you will need new upper control arms: Light racing BJ style, Camburg BJ or uniball, or Total Chaos uniball. I personally used TC and loved them!

Could you give me a link that has all the parts for the front and rear(not including the total chaos control arm)?

DSM doesnt carry spacers IIRC, but they are scattered around in this link....careful, shipping from toytec is NOT included and can sometimes cost almost as much as a thin aluminum spacer

http://www.toyteclifts.com/index.php...=115&Itemid=72

So these are basically all the parts that I'll need to get a 3inch lift and still have my truck level?
