Are OMU Coils a better ride then stock?

I just purchased some Bilstien 5100's for my 05 PreRunner. I was thinking of getting some Old Man Emu coils for the front? I am keeping the factory ride height, and am looking for a better ride, more control, and better handleing, Will the OME coils help or hinder?

 

They will lift you, you cannot keep stock height with the OME coils

 

Thanks! It says stock to 2" on ad. The 5100's with the front set at .85 should do the trick then. That should level it out and do all that I want over stock?

 

deff better then stock but as stated you will gain lift

 

x2, lowest lift with OME is 1.5" of lift and that's with the 883 coils.

 

with stock coils yes set them to .85 and u will sit almost level
