Call me a noob, but why exactly would you want spacers like those?
I was running 33'' and was rubbing on the UCAs at full lock. I down sized to some Toyos that are around 31 1/2 or so. Are wheel spacers only for clearence of bigger tires and your UCA? Or are there other benifits?

Nope, really that's they only reason for them. It "decreases" the backspacing on the rim, allowing for wider tires.

You also increase the width of your wheelbase 3".....remember, wider is better.

I've heard that wheel spacers are hard on wheel bearings?
