Hey guys I have been looking around getting ideas for a lift. I stumbled across this one http://www.trdsparks.com/displayparts.php?Mdl_dtl=557&Part_cat=11&parts_id=4238. Does this seem like everything I would need? I do barely any off-road stuff I just mainly want to get some more height and make the ride a little better. Obviously I do NOT want to go with spacers and I have heard nothing but good things about the Bils 5100s. So does this seem like a good deal?

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
That is a Toytec kit. Check their site out and see if it is cheaper to get directly from them. (Toytec's site was down for maintenance at the time of my post)
