    Do you have them on the neutral setting with the " SPC " logo facing out , and beyond that , did they install the UCA's on the correct sides of the truck ?

    Unless you received some UCAs for a full size vehicle, how can they be too long? That pic above is about all there is that came with mine. There are some install threads about them here on the forum. Not sure what else the shop needs to see if indeed you have the right UCAs.....sorry for the trouble with them, should be no brainer alignment. They add caster and camber alignment capabilites and toe shouldn't be an issue. Caster is the only thing that could be whack depending on what position they put the ball joint in. That part is explained in the pic above of the document that comes with. Do you have the part numbers listed on the document above?

    i have no clue but Im going to pick the truck up now. Im just trying to figure out what is wrong. They said "its close but still in the red" whatever that means. I know fuck all to do with alignment so Im lost. Im gonna go pick it up and when they give me the full printout Im wondering what to look for. Where should the adjustment be on that picture too?

    If SPC is facing out on each side looking at the ball joint and the nut on top is in the middle of the slot on the arm then there should be no issue getting smack in the middle of ranges of green assuming they are putting in your VIN in the machine for the specs, especially set at .85.

    with LR UCAs, 5100s, and 885x coils.
    I requested 2.8*-3* caster, 0 toe, 0 camber. dealership said they most they would do was 2.6* caster, said more caster could cause issues although they didn't say what those issues would be... if any.

    Letters stamped into the flat edge of the ball joint plate. The box they came in should have been red with spc all over it too. They should be able to align the thing in green set at .85 without the UCAs even. Here's as close as I can get, see the gold plate on bottom of arm right above the tire? That edge facing the tire should have spc stamped into it when positioned correctly..........

    I bet the UCA's have been installed on the wrong sides , this would put the ball joint in the incorrect position and they would seem " too long "
