5100 questions...

I got a front and rear set of Bilstein 5100's. Right now I have stock TRD Off Road shocks with 3" spacer up front and 2" AAL in the rear.

I am planning to install the 5100's in the front set at 2.5 with stock coil. What are disadvantages of that setup as opposed to run the 5100's with OME 885's?

Also will the 5100's set at 2.5 with OEM coils make my truck lower than it is now with the spacers?

The advantage is that you may not need UCA's at 2.5 inches rather than a 3" lift.
Your truck should be lower. I first had a 3" spacer lift for 20k miles and it messed up my stock UCA's. I then went to the Billies and my alignment was better and no wear on the UCAs

Thats good news, because even after I got my truck aligned my front tires are still slightly \ / ...

So in order to do 3" lift the right way I would need the 5100's with OME 885's and aftermarket UCA's correct?

I got 2.75" of lift with 5100s @ 2.5" (stock coils).
upgraded to 885x coils and LR UCAs (5100s @ 0"), which put me 1/8" higher compared to 5100s @ 2.5".
