Everyone keeps saying ditch the spacers and do adjustable bilsteins or an ome lift. Who has what and what is the ride quality. I really hate to swap factory coils out or have to do control arms what are the smart people saying

Smart people would say, save your money on modding your truck and buy beer and lap dances.

OME 3" lift with 885 coils. OME Shocks with TSB 1.5 AAL. 285/75/16 KM2s. XD Hoss 16" wheels. DDM Tuning 6000K HIDs, H10 6000K Fogs. BHLM. Debaged. 20% tint on front windows.
I have OME set up and love it... The ride is amazing.... You don't have to get new UCA's with 2.5" that the OME 885x coils give you with out the top plate spacer.. I'm running stock UCA's and got A good alignment... Now if you want to run A full 3" lift, you will need after market UCA's.

If I just run the ome kit or adjustable bilsteins can I still run a 32.5" tire

A 285? Yes... It will require you to trim the inner fender A little and will require A new wheel with at least 4.5 Back Spacing. Or wheel spacers if running Stock Wheels.
