    so I see fabtech 6'' lifts go for over $2K what is an average install fee for this?

    Some shops charge by the Hour - standard shop labor rate per Hour is about $85.00, the book says 6 to 8 Hr installation so $510.00 to 680.00. Add on top of that a Alignment which are about $79.00 and there you go...

    I hear allot of people say they pay about $600.00

    well right now I have a 3'' spacer in the front and wouldnt mind upgrading for a little bit more offroad and better ride quality. Just ordered new wheels and 33' tires so I dont think a 6'' is for me right now but maybe in the future

    My recommendation is to absolutely get rid of the spacer kit! For better off road and performance the Bilstien Pre-Load adjustable kit will give you 2.5" of lift while also greatly improving your on and off-road capabilities. We offer members a discount and sell the kit for $269.99 along with free shipping. From there a great option but not a cheap one is the 4" spindles, they give you better ground clearence than a cradle kit and same ride quality.

    sweet. So basically I would need to pull out my strut assembly and have the old billy replaced with the new billy5100 and use the same coil?

    Would rear 5100's change anything at all

    you get a aftermarket Nitrogen Mono Tube shock that was specifically designed for your truck that will replace the "squishy" shocks. Greatly improve both on road handling and a night and day difference off road!

    Not to mention its CHEAP!

    The rear Bilstien 5100's that are come in the kit are a bit longer to accommodate for additional lift, like a add-a-leaf. With the front Pre-Load Bilstiens set at the max 2.5" of lift the front is typically higher than the rear

    ABSOLUTELY NOT! Never stack a spacer with a repalcement strut, it really defeats the purpose.

    Thats what im here for-The main thing is that since you have a 4wd you dont want to overstress the axels, so 2.5" is the max you want to go safely not to mention the upper ball joints
