I have been looking into lifting my truck and im a little confused. I have decided to go with spindles sind i have a prerunner. I have figured i will be getting the Maxtrac spindles along with a 3' leaf kit for the back. Guess my confusion is, will i need to have more with that like wheel spacers or new shocks, do i replace the leaf kit with my old one? Everything on my truck is stock, and just want to be prepared when i buy everything for the lift. So along with the Maxtrac spindles and the 3' leaf kit what else will i need? or any suggestions would help!

New rims with the proper backspacing or spidertrax spacers. Also read the spindle lift thread and read the Maxtrac specific thread.

Also if you will link the "leaf kit" it will help. Unless you are buying whole new leaf packs you add the Add A Leaf into the existing leafs on the truck.

OME 3" lift with 885 coils. OME Shocks with TSB 1.5 AAL. 285/75/16 KM2s. XD Hoss 16" wheels. DDM Tuning 6000K HIDs, H10 6000K Fogs. BHLM. Debaged. 20% tint on front windows.
Yes, both of the leaf packs will need to be removed for the new ones. All-Pro 3" leaf pack would be my suggestion.

You never specified what size tire you plan on running.

You could run the OEM wheels, with wheel spacers. But if you want to get new wheels, get ones with a 4.5 Back spacing.

I plan on keeping my OEM wheels. Tires are 245/75/16 will eventually upgrade but wanting to keep the same for now. If I just get the spindles and 3" leaf pack, with wheel spacers ? Or do I not need the wheel spacers. That's all I'm going to need for lifting ? Sorry new to lifting so just want to get it right.

If you keep stock tires you will HAVE to have wheel spacers. The 245's are gonna look really small though.
