I have stock shocks off my 2012. My question is will they fit other makes and model trucks or toyota only? Didn't know if there were different mounts for different vehicles. I have a co-worker that needs shocks on his 2000 chevy S-10. I was going to give them to him to help him out, but wasn't sure if they would work or not. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks.

depends on how it mounts and the shock length needed to fit the S10

odds are the shocks are too long tho

Thanks for the response. So you think they may be too long? I wasn't sure, I figured they are both compact trucks so they may be combatible with one another. He is a 2wd though. Oh, well......anybody else?

Different mounts, lengths, valving, etc. Not universal, but sometimes interchangeable
