Wait for TSB, or install lift now?

2010 AC TRD OR, ridiculous amount of rake, I think the access cabs are worse for some reason?

Anyways, I have some goodies in my garage and I would like to go ahead and install them now but still have the factory 3 leaf spring packs. Do y'all think I would have a hard time getting the TSB done if I have AAL's in the rear? Or should I just wait and install the lift after I get it done to be safe?

Bilstein 5100s, OME 884s, Toytec 1.5 AALs and will have some LR UCAs in the mail soon if I decide to go with a full 3". That is something I'm still considering I think, 5100s at 0 or .85?

OP if I were you I would wait for the TSB. That way after you install your parts you will be done with it (well you will need an alignment and what not). I had mine set at .85" and IMO my truck looked "level". I had the 3 leaf and the Toytec AAL.

You should be able to go to your local dealer and they should do the service for free. I would call ahead of time and gauge how big of a PITA they are going to be though. Print off the TSB just to be safe.

You're outta luck if you are over the 3 year warranty period

That is sucky. I missed the driveshaft TSB on my FJ by 2,000 miles. Of course I purchased it when it was already over but still.

I've read that the dealership doesn't an alignment after they install the new leafs, which would save me some money. However now that I think of it the only way I could install the AALs before hand is if they swap them over to the TSB leafs which will more than likely not happen.

Option 1: skip the TSB and install the lift, pay for my own alignment.

Option 2: install the 5100s @ 0 with the 884s and no AAL, let the dealership install the new TSB springs and do an alignment and then later on install the AALs and bump the 5100s up to .85 while adding upper control arms. Do another alignment then.
