2nd gen stock TRD coils on a 1st gen?

has anyone done this before? im assuming it would work since you can put the eibach and OME 883 springs on both generations.

im just looking for a little more lift than my OME 881's and 2nd gen coils are much cheaper and easier to find than eibachs or 882's

If you were in CO I'd let you try it with my Trd OR springs just sitting here.

Is the taco lean prevalent with 1st gens? If not, installing 2nd gen springs will cause your truck to lean the other way. 2nd gen driver's side spring is longer.

yea i guess i did lol. i was just wondering how much lift they gave

i know someone who still has their stock springs. i might just put them on my backup set of shocks. just need to find the top plates so i dont waste time taking mine off my current set up
