Shock options with Dakar springs

Yes I searched. I couldn't get a definitive answer to my question.

Will my current standard lenght billstein 5100's work well with a set of Dakar springs?

If they won't work/won't work well, is there a better option than the OME shocks?

I found this quote from Dan at Wheelers, but it really doesn't tell me what I need to know. If it does tell me, I certainly don't understand it.

What's the part number to your rear 5100's? If its stock it prolly won't work. You need 5125's which comes in different lengths or even OME Nitros.
