this is my first taco . a 09 2.7 auto 5 lug ; im considering puting a 2.5" daystar lift kit on it for cosmetic reasons as well as a wheel tire upgrade. the kit consists of some srut spacers and some leaf spring blocks. the truck is a daily driver i never tow anything. every once in a while the road to my job sites get mudy and slick nothing major. im planing on keeping 15 inch wheels and tires w/ taller tires than stock. can anyone tell me from experience any pitfalls or unexpected costs or is it as easy as the kit ad says ? any help is greatly appreciated.

5100's are basically an adjustable ride hide shock, but since you are 5 lug, you can't use them, because they don't make them for 5 lug. And if you are confused as to what LT means, it means Long Travel. And if you're not sure what long travel is, think if it this way... The baja looking trucks, or the 'trophy' trucks, use long travel suspension.

You say define, I put in lamens terms! :D
