This may seem to be a dumb question but..................

It's my understanding that a spacer will give roughly double the size of the spacer in terms of lift. So most of our trucks sit about 1/4" lower on the drivers side. Mine does stock. So if I put the 1/4 spacer to correct this will I not be 1/4" higher on the drivers side? Or is there a 1/8" spacer available? Or is it that the bigger the spacer gets the more it increases the ratio in terms of lift? I'm thinking the latter.

I'm close to pulling the trigger on 5100's and pondering if I should get a spacer before install? Also does the 1/4" spacer work with the stock bolts?
