i know, another thread on suspension. i have spent the last 3 weeks, spending hours of reading of everyones set up and threads. i know what i want but just stuck on this one thing. i wanted saws 2.0 but read alot of people have rust issues and a squeeking noises. i only wanna lift the front about .85 to maybe a little over an inch. i know i can get billies 5100 all around which is what i plan on doing. now heres where i dont know what to do, since im only lifting about an inch i know i can use my stock trd coils with the new 5100s and set them. but the thing is that my suspension is going on 3 years old and if im gonna change suspension mine as well do everything. i know the ome coils are for heavier loads but i dont plan on adding a massive bumper to the front. now should just get toytecs c/o kit which is pre set at 2.5, if i lower it how much of the ride will suffer? or am i better off just getting the 5100s and some how find brand new trd coils which i cant find anywhere? thanks for reading yet another suspension thread, all suggestions welcome

I don't think the age of the front springs matter really. Just get the shocks and throw them on there!

I have the TSB. Here it is with them at 1.75. The back is still a tiny bit higher.

the shock in the toytec which is 5100 shock goes out you would have to buy a new shock for if you had a fox, icon, saws they are rebuildable bigger advantage.

Actually, the Bilstiens have a lifetime warranty. If one goes bad, they send ya a new one. ;)

    hey,
just wanted to correct, if you purchase a 5100 bilstein shock from toytec lifts and it leaks, you send it back to us and we will replace it with a new one!
