    Okay so I crawled under my truck yesterday put a set of jackstands under the rear axle and tried to get the vibs to start and realized that it looked like my transfer case was viberating when it started the truck started to viberate would the be a bad tranny mount?

    If you're only 2.5" you don't need a longer drive shaft I promise you that... no offense ,but Inland truck parts is full of shit...

    & if you've split the intermediate shaft for carrier R&R & didn't mark the original location of bolt up before hand,it'll def. vibrate cause now the shaft assembly is out of balance, have fun with all that taking it off & re installing time after time till you get it right, this was one of my biggest derps years ago....:anonymous:

    Okay you have have had this problem I take it? What did you do to fix it? I'm pretty sure it got back to the same location as it was... My only thing else I could possibly think of is the driveshaft u joint is bad or something in the t-case like a bearing

    Yeah it could be a bad U joint & it might even be the beginning of the end of your axle/wheel bearings as well

    Took my truck to get the U joints looked at and they said they look good, now I'm lost again of what it could be... could it be a tranny mount?
