    ^^^^

And for those with Prerunners (2wd) buy spindles to get the lift vs taking from the down travel of your suspension like the 4x4 have to.

    Including my experience for others:

884/90021 shocks on a DC 4x4, had massive amount of clunking/topping out.

Replaced 90021s with 90000s and the clunk is gone.

It got kind of convoluted, but @Rocket67, @Carmaniac and others appear to have issues with the OME setup and reported it here, so I thought I'd include it.

Maybe the takeaway is 90021s dont play nice with the 590# OME springs on the tacoma. 90000s and 5100s may be the better choice.

    Thread revival!
So I am having this issue with my new Toytec adjustable coilovers which are based off the 5100. I do believe the shocks are topping out as I have checked all possible contact points and no contact with swaybar or anything else. Could still be the stock UCAs maxed out, but I really don't think so.

I don't get why I never had this issue on my 1st gen with a cheapo fabtech lift. Are 5100s cheaper than the fabtech???? I bought the whole fabtech kit for $500 (front and rear lift) and they never topped out. I get that I lifted it 2.5 so I have that much less droop, but I thought the 5100s had an inch more travel than stock 4600s? It kinda seems like there is no dampening at all on downtravel.
