Trans Shudder from 5100's ???

i lifted my 09 PreRunner to level it out with 5100's...thr converter started actiong up ofter 3000 miles...Dealer saying it is to high...I need to set it back stock.......Any Imput here ??? I need some help..

If trans = transmission, which one?
If converter = torque converter, I feel the dealer is full of crap.

I, along with a lot of members, have out trucks lifted a lot more than just to level. Personally mine is about 3" over stock.

I say "jump" you say how high you lifted it to level?

Ya I aggree Dealer full of it....BUT with my warranty its what I need to do.....they say set it back down.......1inch...if it still shudders they will look farther......

How high did you lift it?

Take it to a different dealer if that's what this one is saying. There are of guys on here that have the dealer work on their trucks with lifts on them.

Define "acting up" that the torque converter is doing.

NEW Trans AND Torque Converter.last week.....thats same I say being 58 yrs old AND ALWAYS worked on my own cars, had to........its converter feel thats for sure. Called after 5100 remove with same shudder, i can understand where they are coming from, easier to pinpoint on stock truck...going back to shop next week...they are reinstalling front 5100 shocks for me no charge, after they fix truck...what else can I ask for...they even give me a 40mpg car to drive 2011 Camry ....really nice car
