You will probably need to give a little more information before you get folks willing to make a suggestion. What year and model is your taco? Is $100 you parts only budget or total? When you say you need new "struts" do you need just shocks or shocks and coils?

Probably your best bet to save money would be a gently used set of OEM front shocks (or shocks and coils) in the classifieds on the forum. Many folks who lift their trucks and replace shocks try to sell the factory ones afterwards and they come up for sale all the time here.

With a $100 budget, you might as well go on RockAuto.com and order MONROE Part # 71352 for $30 each and top hat MONROE Part # 904900 for $15 each.

x2...I had Monroe reflex or sensa-track (whichever was more expensive) on my gmc Z7-1 and they were a huge upgrade over the factory shocks....
