Budget lift question

I've never seen this setup, how much lift would I get if I put eibachs on my stock billies? Maybe I'll throw some 1/4" toytec top plate spacers... Not sure if this is a good idea, what do y'all think

the shocks aren't strong enough.I'm sure it's been done but it isn't recommended by any means.
