So i just got a three inch spacer lift with aal in the rear came with centering pins only. i called toytec and talked to a rep and they said it is typical to use stock u bolts with the AAL no offence to toytec just thought it sounded too good to be true. btw i have 2011 sr5 double cab. any help would be greatly appreciated

if you have the change to get the ubolts, get them.

they can be run with stocks, but it's not recommended (I did, without any problems)

Why would it be too good to be true? Yes my ubolts work fine with my 05 and toytec AAL. I don't see a reason to replace them if they are in good shape and long enough.
