Only 1/2" increase from TSB

Just picked up my Tacoma from the dealer having the rear suspension TSB. TSB 0305-08.

I re-measured & it only increased in back by 1/2". I measured it from the exact spot in my driveway. I called the service advisor to confirm they installed the right one. He said it was pulled off my vin#.

I was thinking I was getting more height in back.
