Recommend shocks/struts for 04 prerunner

I'm in need of shocks for my 04 tacoma. First of, I'm not sure what the deal is. It has yellow bilstein shocks on it but it doesn't say trd on the truck. Yet a buddy of mine has a trd dbl cab and his has tokico. What should the factory trd shock be? Mine is just an extra cab. Second, this truck rarely sees off road so I'm looking for a comfortable shock. Our hwys and streets are CRAP and nothing but crack and pot holes so I don't want a stuff shock to be jolting me every 10 ft. Any ideas? And yes I've searched. Only answered people can throw out is "5100s". So is there more to life then those?
