I am trying to find the best way to give my truck a nice level look, yet also the most simple and efficient use of my money, i have seen many other people on here using coil oers, 5100's ect. But what is the simpliest/most efficient way to achieve a 1.75-3inch level lift?

Here my truck as it stands

i went this route it depends what kind of wheeling you want to do. I used a AAL instead of the block last minute because a TW member hooked me up...
