I know that this subject is like a broken record, but I'm new to this stuff and really need some help. I have a 2012 TRD OR Double Cab Short Bed.

    Here is my plan:

5100's all around, 16" black rims and 265/75/16 Duratracs.

Here are my questions: What is the best setting on the 5100's to level my truck up? I measured from my fenders to the center of the wheel and got this:
    FRONT: 20.5
    REAR: 22.25

I also looked at my leafs and I have the 2 leafs plus an overload. Do I need an AAL or to look into getting the TSB done? Opinions?

Do I need to get new UCA's if I set the Billys at 1.75 or .85?

    Any other suggestions for me?

You only need new UCA's if you go over 2" lift.

If you read the thread I started a few posts down, you'll see that you may have to try the different settings so see what you actually get. I got 2.5" of lift on the 1.75 setting, then changed them to the .85 setting and got 1.5" of lift. Mine is an DCSB 4x4 OR too.

Only you can answer the question if you need to AAL. Do you haul or tow heavy loads? Or, if you're looking for added lift in the rear, you may want to consider one.

Your caster is less than 1* if the Camber, and toe are set correctly. Thus new UCA's are recommended.

UCAs aren't for rubbing, it's to help get a better alignment and more travel in some cases.
