newbie lift help

Hi everyone, I recently bought a new Tacoma and want to lift it mainly for offroading purposes. I have limited knowledge about lifts and have been reasearching them online for a few weeks now. I was hoping to get some advice. on the best setup for me.

My Truck:
2012 TRD Offroad - Trail Teams Edition (access cab)
Canadian truck - has 4 leafs in rear (TSB)
wheels- currently stock 265/70/16 rugged trails
automatic trans

What I Want:
approx a 2.5" lift (will consider anything in the range of 1.75 to 3")
somewhat level but a tad bit higher in the back, it case im carrying a load
wheels: 265/75/16 BFG AT KO

Money: not much of an issue, but installation is as I wont be doing it and will take it to professionals to do.

what I dont want:
- To get into Putting in new ucas or a diff drop
- spacer lift ( every company in northern alberta ive talked to trys to talk me into a revtek kit or a day star kit)

from what ive been researching, i think ive narrowed it down to either a OME setup or a Bilstein 5100 setup. I need to know which part combination for the front and back will be best for what i want to acheieve to i can tell the company thats going to do it or so i know what to order if i have to orderit myself.
