Hi. I have had my eyes on Tacoma's out here in Colorado for the past 4 years, and finally have the finances to afford one. I am looking at Used Private Party Tacoma's as well as dealer. Most I have come across are stock, but I have found a great looking 2008 DCSB SR-5 4x4. 53,000 miles. Clean carfax.

I will be looking at the truck today, but wanted to be prepared with some suspension related questions to make sure whoever did the lift did a smart job with it.

Seller is saying the truck has a 2-inch lift, dual custom mag flow exhaust, leather heated seats, tinted windows, clear bra all over the truck, custom tires and rims bed-liner with strap rails and rubber bed floor mat, etc.

I am planning to take it to a nearby Toyota dealer for a quick inspection with a mechanic before committing after I take it for a test drive, etc.

Thank you in advance. Looking forward to become a Tacoma owner and a regular on TW!

Sick looking rig if that's the truck! Quite the list of mod's as well! I wouldn't let the lift, good or bad, make my decision. The worst would be a spacer lift and lots of guys use them. See what the shop says and good luck!
