Rear shocks?

I got some Rancho shocks put on with my revtek kit awhile back, maybe a year ago. And haven't liked the ride at all. Even though I got an AAL lift and a 1" block for the total 3" lift. Should it be really stiff. I just install Toytec C/O's up front and love them, but now I really tell how stiff the rear is!

Will new/better shocks soften up my rear or make it better? Maybe bilsteins or OME shocks?

So whats better to get? Bilstein 5100's or 5125's

(Going for ride quality, not off road travel)

5100s are probably a better ride, I got 5125's and they are awesome with the AAL
