just got my tires, I think i stole 'em at 600 for them and with some 05 trd off road package wheels. My problem is that i dont have a lift. I am thinking of getting the billies up front and wanted to know if i could add a spacer and make them 3 or 3.5. any concerns doing this. I am also getting the wheel spacers, diff drop, and 1.5 aal or shackles. what do you all think?

im not sure you can stack those like that...

I am surprised you could get 285's on there without the lift, did you trim fenders or do you not turn the wheel all the way?

Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
if u set the 5100's to 0" lift and then add a 3" spacer, u can do that....but u dont want to add a spacer to them already lifted to 2.5"

^^^Yep! I would look into just getting Toytec Coilovers man! That way you can adjust the ride hight to axactly what you want. and they come with the billies. Just my thoughts!:)

    It's the wife's T4R so it's stock
You could always go with OME springs paired with OME shocks... they're great :D

im running the exact same tires... to keep the tires away from the frame rails on full turn, you may want to look into a 3 inch suspension lift...

then, for the wheels, you may want to consider a 4" backspace to keep the sidewalls away from the stock UCA, especially if you air down to take the truck wheeling...

if keepin your stock wheels, which are at 4.5" backspace, then wheel spacers should help...

with the STTs, rotation every 5,000 miles should yield decent treadwear... my first set saw about 35,000 miles before they got killed by some nails in the sidewall thanks to a pallet on the frwy...
