I have the RCD Kit and will be installing next week. I will post my review. I don't see why everyone says it is to high. $1800 for the kit. That was tax and shipping. A good 3" kit is every bit of that if not more. I am having my local Toyota shop install for $550 including alignment. I will keep you updated on how I like the kit.

RCD states that there is a possibility that you may need to have the VSC
    re-calibrated
by a Toyota Dealership. Thats what rcd just sent to me by email ...

I didn't think Toyota would put this lift when you have to cut the frame didn't think a dealership be cool with that.

Not an issue at all. In fact there were Toyota engineers there that day who looked the lift over. They were very impressed.

Thats cool for you but not me. I called my dealership and they ask what kind it was so I told them. And they said call me back and they did but told me sense they would have to do some fabrication they won't do it. Bullshit. I just want it dune right

I guess some dealerships are different from others. They are installing my JVC DVD/Nav system today. Also taking care of the churping noise from the A/C!!! Good luck with the install. I would make sure the shop you choose has done lifts before and has references.

The rcd lift sounds better but is there any cutting or welding when instaling it?

would you have to drill new holes for the new cross member after you cut the old one out.

i never installed mine but i'm pretty you would have to drill holes for the new drop bracket and for one end of the torsion bars.

I'm guessing that the travel with this kit is the same as stock, correct?
