OME 881 or 883 Coils?

So I'm new here as a member. Browsed endlessly as a guest, gathering many answers to my questions, but haven't really found much on this topic.

The OME Lift Kit listed here has the option of the 881 coils with a top spacer to provide the 3" lift, or 883 coils that don't require a spacer, but are meant for 200+ pounds heavier front ends with a bumper.

I really want to try to avoid using spacers, so I'd like the 883 coils just for the full 3" lift, but my front end is stock. I'd like to get a bumper in the future, but probably not for a year or so after getting the OME Lift Kit. Would getting 883 coils without having the additional front end weight cause any harm or damage to any parts or ride quality? Or do I need to stick with the 881 coils and the top plate spacer?

Also, will I need to get new UCAs to correct any alignment issues with this lift kit? I've found many differing opinions on this, from not needing new UCAs, to just getting a camber kit with my stock UCAs, or getting new UCAs. Found some Light Racing UCAs here for $379.99

There are several folks running the 883's with otherwise stock trucks and i'm not aware of torn CV boots from the lift, and the ride is decent.

I can't help you with the UCA question.

FWIW....I had 881 coils on my 96 tacoma 3.4L (without spacer) and I had a TJM front bumper (T15 with hoops - no winch) and they gave me 2" of lift.
In this picture, I was running 32x11.50's on stock rims.

I'm running 881 with top plate spacer for 3" of lift. I have a 2.7L double cab prerunner. To get my alignment anywhere close to what it should be a set of uca's was a must.
