well yeah it sounds like your in a wind tunnel you effed with the aerodynamics so now the truck has to punch a bigger whole through air to get going. if it bothers you just dynamat your truck or go my route and get an exhaust

OP you have a regular cab don't you?

If so welcome to the club. Shims may or may not help. Most times it will just make the sound happen at higher or lower speeds.

If you don't like the noise, shims may work or put the rear of the truck back where it was height wise, as it's the driveline angle that makes the noise.

For example you can put hundreds of pounds of weight in the bed, drive around and if you put enough weight in the bed, the noise will go away.

At first, I had 1.25" lift in the back and the noise would go away once the truck slowed down to about 50 mph. Now I'm about 3" of lift (via springs only now) and the noise goes all the way down to about 35 MPH and that's with shims.

If I had it to do all over, I would have left the back of my truck stock and just got coilovers for the front and stuck with 265's.
