Fox 2.0 - adjusting range and total lift

I'm interested in buying a set of fox 2.0 coilovers for my 05 taco.
Right now i have a coil spacer that i want to get rid of, along with the stock uca's.
im looking at buying the fox 2.0's and some LR UCA's.
i have a big body armor bumper and a winch on my truck, weighing around 200 pounds or so.
every website ive looked at says the fox 2.0's only give you 0-2 inches of lift. i definitely need more, especially with that extra weight.
i have seen numerous threads that talk about raising the 2.0's up to 3 inches; is this for real?
how adjustable are the fox 2.0's? can they be adjusted above 2 inches?

I believe you did buy the Fox 2.0 coilovers, how do you like them? Are you set at the highest setting and how do they ride? Thanks

Hi,
Yeah I did buy them. If I could go back, I would dish out the extra money for a set of kings or icons.
They ride better than my truck ever has, and I have them set right around 2.5-2.7 inches of lift. They can still get cranked a lot more. Bare in mind that I replaced the coils on them with 700# coils though because of my bumper and winch. If you have any questions or want specifics, message me and I'll give you my number so you can call

Thanks for the quick response. Is the 2.5-2.7 inches of lift due to the coils? I thought they only gave 0-2 inches. I have the bilstein 5100's at 1.75 on OR coils and the ride is pretty rough. I though these coilovers would be a good alternative but I would want at least 1.75 of lift from these and wonder if that would max them out and make it ride rough. There's a local guy on TW selling new ones for $500. Thanks again!

Do you have a bumper and a winch? Any extra weight on the front?

And I also have the stock coils that I took off of the 2.0's when I bought them from Downsouth motorsports, if you'd be interested in buying them

What reasons make you wish you would have gone with the kings or icons? Why not a 2.5 Fox? Just curious

Kings would be my number one choice because everyone that has them swears that they ride smoother than a Cadillac. I have icon rear shocks already, so icon would be my second choice just so my front and rear shocks would match. In reality though, I'm sure that when it comes down to a fox king or icon 2.5 coilover, there will be little to no difference in ride quality.

No extra weight, plus I'm a prerunner. Not sure what I would do with the coils...I would have to by the fox set anyhow, right? What do they come pre-set at?

Ah okay I see. I've been looking at upgrading my stock suspension to level my truck (need about 2" in the front) but I'm having trouble deciding what is most economically viable for me based on my uses. I used to off road nearly every weekend, but we now have a jeep for that. I drive about 90% on road now and haul a small, 16ft fishing boat every so often too.

???

I just bought and installed Fox 2.0 on my 2013 reg cab 4x4, LOVE THEM! I went with ICON AAL and the truck is level and rides awesome. I didn't adjust the shocks and was wondering if i can crank them up a bit more in the front? Right now all the threads are at the bottom. Does that mean they're all the way up? Sorry for noobage question.
