    3" lift, ARB front bump
OK sorry about the title. Here are the details. I bought this with a 3" lift from ez lift spacer in the front and I have to assume they put AAL in the rear. Here are my problems. I also have a ARB front bumper. My front end goes up and down when braking and accelerating more than normal and I have rear leaf spring that is broken (only one each side). Given this what do think the problem is in the front? weak springs? weak struts? and what should I get to replace it, if not brand then what coil over? etc. As for the rear should I go with the ALL Pro ones for $400 and call it a day or should I replace just the broken ones. If it helps I can do the work myself if that changes recommendations. thanks guys

are the shocks in the front the stock ones? they are probably worn out.

you can get some bilstein 5100s and you can set them to 2.5 inches of lift, and get rid of the spacer.
there are also different springs you can get for the 5100s that add different lift amounts, im not knowledgable on that part though.

spacers suck and the current shocks and springs aren't meant to handle that much extra weight up front.

I have no idea what is on it right now. I would think original eq. I have to stay with the 3" lift though because I have 33's and already have rubbing when turning. I also know that stock can't handle the extra weight but I didn't think it was going to be this bad.

if your lookin for a cheap alternative for the front end i'd just go with bilstein 5100's and OME 885 coils. with the rear however i would just get a new leaf pack either dakars or deavers or any other quality leaf pack.

Satoshi'd grill. blacked out badges. aftermarket sound system. De-chromed and color matched. OME 885s + Dakars with 3rd leaf removed. LR UCAs. Scs stealth 6 with 285 duratracs. BAMF sliders
I remember reading that the procomp lift that the OP link uses 700lb springs, which is why everyone says the procomp lift rides stiff. I am sure with some research the OP can figure out the specs, 700lb might be a little much though with just a bumper. Throw a winch and skids on there then thats different.

yes the pro comp rides stiff, if you like a stiff ride then go for it. personally is opt for some 5100s with different springs!

I would eventually get a winch for it but I am not sure about sliders or anything like that I already hate my gas mileage lol. I just can't seem to find a 3in strut and a 3in spring

my 5100's with OME 884's with the 1/4" plate spacer from toytec gets a full 3" of lift. if you went OME you'd either be going 885 or 886

your 5100's are ok at 3 aren't they only good for 2 1/2. Couldn't i just cut my spacers i already have in stead of buying new ones or are they different?

i'd assume they'd be different. call toytec and they are more than willing to help you. they are who i bought my lift from and they are on here as a vendor and pretty knowledgeable.
