Rockcrawling Pics with my 3" toytec lift!

I went out crawling in my tacoma along with my buddy in his Jeep Rubicon. He kicked my a** because I was scared to damage my brand new truck, and he has front and read lockers, and he has the shorter wheel base, but the taco still did damn good with just that rear locker and the lift. I ripped off my rear mudflap coming off the rock in the fourth pic over from the left. Oh well.

Here are more pics of the jeep. Also there was a chevy with us, but he didn't make it past the first set of rocks without getting stuck twice and snapping a tie rod. Nice truck though. Badass hunting rig, just not a rock crawler. Of course mine really isn't either. We used that winch once to when the front locker quit working.

You guys know that little mounting bracket that sits next to the hitch and holds the trailer light plug in place? Well i ripped that thing in half fourwheeling. I had to ziptie a plastic back around the plug and stick it up in my bumber. I unbolted what was left of that bracket. I wanted to replace it, but I'll probably just do it all over again.

 

There is a mod write up where they mount it in the bumper.

Don't feel bad I ripped mine off after a month of owning it and it has been tied up by my spare ever since.

Hey thanks for the link on that 7-pin trailor light! I will have to look into that. I did the same as you, its ziptied up next to my spare also. I've only had the truck for about 7 months.

No I did not see any chucker. We didn't see any animals actually. I was too worried about scratching my rig to notice animals anyway haha
