Leaf springs inverted / sagging

    Weather tech floormats and visors, ImMrYo rear-view mirror bracket Cooper ST Maxx 255/85/16 On stock TRD alloys. OME 887's w/NitroCharger sports, LR uca's, Toytech sway bar relocate, Dakar leaf's modified with some 1/8" UHMW liner strips. SuperBumps front and back.
    Roger that. I like my trucks to drive like trucks anyway. Thanks for letting me pick your brain. Sweet work refurbishing those Chevy springs.

    OP.....those springs you have are toast. You're pretty much riding on the axle. Mine were the same way and I just replaced them with a General Spring HD pack. Probably more lift than you're looking for, but the ride is WAY better and no matter what pack you get, you're going to see a significant improvement. I wouldn't add a leaf to those shot springs. If you're going to do the work to remove them and AAL, you might as well replace them. General Spring makes a non-HD OEM replacement pack also which is probably similar in ride quality to stock. All made in the USA. I was so used to riding on flattened springs, I didn't realize how much they sucked until I replaced them.
