Hello everyone. I have a 2014 DCSB with 265/70/R17 Duratrac's on XD Misfits at 0" offset. I'm getting very slight rubbing when turning or hitting a small bump. My question is if I get a 3" lift will it fix my tire rub?

I think the front or back plastic trim of the wheel wells???? Truth is I can't tell. The rear mud flaps are removed. FYI
