I am looking at putting a 6inch procomp lift with king coilovers. I am also using king shocks for the rear with a spring inserted instead of a block. I am going to regear to 4.88 and go with 18 inch mb352 wheels and 325/65r18 firestone destination mts. The procomp lift is vsc compatible. Anything y'all think I'm missing or should add to make it more durable or better offroad without going with a long travel?

Don't go with a 6in DB lift for a Tacoma you want to be durable off road heh heh

Yea I been talkig to a few guys and I'm thinking about just a 3inch with the king coilovers and aftermarket control arms with regearing. They were talking me
Out of the 6inch because of the drop bracket. What else can I do to make it more durable?

Good coilovers like kings(I own), icon, or fox. Good UCA's, spindle gussets, alignment tab reinforcements. There is tons of info in the suspension stickies for you to check out as well.

Ahull, I'm coming to the same conclusion for the suspension on mine but with the total chaos uca. What makes you prefer the camburg uca over the other uca'so out there?

Did some reading and I'm seeing the total chaos is actually better for alignment so I think I'm going to go that way to. Haven't heard anythin about spindle gusset yet I thought tht was only for prerunner not 4x4

I think he was responding to how to beef up your suspension to make stronger. The spindle lifts are replacement spindles for the 2 wheel drive tacos. The spindle gusset is a weld-on reinforcement for your stock spindle on the 4x4. But you are right the spindle lift only works for the 2 wheel drives.

    Ditto for the tv ucas.
