Choosing the right shims for lift?

    Old Man Emu Lift w/ Dakars and Billsteins, K&N Intake, Throttle Body Space, Front Bull Bar, Side Rails, Painted Stock Rims, Bilstein 5100 Front Shocks, Third Brake Light Cover, Satoshi Grill Mod, BHLM Mod
    So I plan to install my new lift this week. I will be 2.5" up front and 2.75" out the rear. The rear will have new Dakars and shocks as well. I have purchased the bearing drop kit but will I need shims too? If so, how do I pick the right shims and should I install them initially? Thanks!
