So i had been on the edge of a icon mid travel setup for awhile and have decided against it.. My Tacoma is my daily and 2wd And i ended up buying a bronco for our major trips where 4x4 is needed instead of spending the money on a mid travel setup for my tacoma...

Here is the deal though i still use my tacoma off road weekly. between work, Hunting, camping and playing.. I Am still very interested in improving the off road performance over stock just doing it on alot tighter budget now.. The rebound on stock setup is ridiculous and i am getting ALOT of bounce and want to eliminate this issue..

    My question:

I am going with 5100s in the front And going to run the lowest setting i can with 33''s Going to be going on 0 unless i hit any major problems. (This is not a debate about it being possible already know i can get full flex on 33''s with 0 lift and alot of trimming another post another time)

I have a 2012 4door 4cyl prerunner no extra weight up front will never be any.. What coil would be the best. I have in my mind OME But dont know witch one i would need And have not talked to them yet trying to get a better idea on my own before i really dive in.. Because i am still open to other coil options.. (Again i do not want lift, I want improved performance off road) no 3'' lift coils ect.

    Brain storm with me!:D

I just feel like the numbers wont apply to all cab/drivetrain setups there is alot of room for error when you have them on a 4door v6 4x4 vs a 4cyl 2wd.. I dont want to end up with to heavy of a spring..

I may be over thinking but just making sure i end up going with the correct springs the first time around

If it's a 2wd you must off road on gravel roads

You must not off road much if you believe that I have a 4x4 rig for trails and longer trips... Half of the time on trails I end up not even needing 4x4 when I have it.. Being smart knowing how to drive and choosing lines goes along way... That being said go be a ignorant fool somewhere else.

Thanks for the correction had not looked in to them sorry for giving out wrong info pretty much SeT on ome voils just wanting to make sure lower weight would not make a huge difference on performance from people who have used them.
